Some interesting titles for the Phillips CD-i never made it to production for one reason or another. One such game is Jack Sprite vs. the Crimson Ghost, which is co-published by Good Deal Games and Older Games. Originally designed by the creator of the infamous Sega CD game Night Trap, this title features full-motion video alongside side-scrolling platform gameplay. Players control Jack, who becomes absorbed into the 1946 film The Crimson Ghost (later renamed Cyclotrode "X") and must find a way to stop the nefarious Crimson Ghost himself! ~ Jeremy Lee, All Game Guide
