Jack Nicklaus 4 DVD is the same game as Jack Nicklaus 4 with a few minor additions. The primary addition is that the disc also includes the video "Toughest 18 Holes" by ABC Sports.

Jack Nicklaus 4 DVD includes 10 modes of play: Stroke Play, Match Play, Best Score Competition-Handicap, Best Score Competition-Pro, $1 Million Skins Challenge, Sudden Death, Certified Game-Pro, Certified Game-Scratch, Certified Game-Handicap, and Bingo Bango Boingo. A total of four real courses are included along with six other courses that were created with the course designer. The course designer also allows you to create your own courses.
