It's Mr. Pants is an action-puzzle game, with similarities to Tetris and the more recent Denki Blocks. To clear each game board, players arrange an allotment of variously shaped puzzle pieces, by color, into larger shapes . Different game modes have players working with a pre-selected series of shapes, clearing a disorganized board, or working towards the highest score possible within a time limit. So what about this "Mr. Pants" fellow? The game's title (and mascot character) may have come from an inside joke at the developer's U.K. studios; long before this GBA game was announced, sharp-eyed Rare fans noticed occasional mention of the then-mysterious Mr. Pants, at the company's website and elsewhere. ~ T.J.
