“This game can be very fun. Comes off to me like a steam version of battlefield 2 or warrock. I like how easy it is to die really, cause its more realistic. One bullet to leg takes you down, another to the chest and your yesterdays news. Awesome game.”

“This is a half-life 2 mod so you can play it for free if you bought the Orange Box (for example).

It's a pretty "hardcore" FPS that takes place in the middle east. You either get to play as an Insurgent or the US Marines. It probably isn't the most politically correct game out there now that I think about it..but it's fun.

By hardcore I mean it's pretty much one shot kills a lot of the time. It's pretty realistic, has a lot of the guns that they use in the military as well as what the "insurgents" would use (aka old Soviet era weapons).

You can shoot through a lot of the wood surfaces and even some of the thin metal sheeting that is in some places.

I would say it's at least worth a shot since it's a free Half Life 2 mod. You can find it in Steam if you would like to try it...I'm just not guaranteeing that you'll love it since it can be a bit of a hard, unforgiving game.”
