“right, what you want to do there is click on the sword icon to go under the "Weapons" sub-menu. Once there you should see the "Secondary Items" icon, click that and you'll open the sundry and emergency items sub-sub-menu.

Once you do that you need to....man it's smoky as hell in here....what you need to do is scroll all the way down to the (Coughcough) to the (ducks a bear swipe) generalized personal effect menu. Once you click on that you'll be taken to a 5 minute loading screen that takes you to the -BEAR! duck! dodge!- emergency extinguisher radial menu. Now you've got to time (fans away the smoke) the fire extinguisher ring exactly to within .0000000000005% of actual attack gauge range. IF you mess up even once, you have to reload the radial menu and click on the secondary fire extinguisher use.

Do be careful because you need 100% endurance even to pull the trigger. So you might want to exit out all of the menus and select your dietary foods menu and select the Coke Zero option to...wait no wait...that lowers endurance because it tastes like shit.....
