The adventures of Denmark's cartoon troll return to North American gamers in this Game Boy Advance version of the 1999 PlayStation title. Better known in Europe and Asia, the kindly Hugo and his friendly family are constantly at odds with the mean old witch, Scylla. In this GBA platform game, the witch has trapped Hugo in a magic mirror, broken it into three pieces, and hidden the shards away in three different areas. To rescue their father, Hugo's three children each set out to recover a piece of the broken mirror. Aside from their expected jumping abilities, Hugo's kids are also armed with freeze guns, which allow them to encase bad guys in blocks of ice and then be used as platforms to reach secluded areas. ~ T.J.
