DESCRIPTION
What does a big time Hollywood producer do when she wants to destroy an entire movie set in one hot take? She calls the Hot Wheels team, of course. They can destroy a set using a car, a launcher and nothing else. That's the concept behind Hot Wheels Crash!, a game of fast cars and explosive destruction.
Hot Wheels Crash! features three driver skill levels: Novice, Rookie, and Pro. Each skill level contains six movie sets and one bonus set. Drivers need to score 100 points or more on all six regular sets to get to the bonus set. Drivers who can score 100 or more on all three bonus sets get to destroy a special fourth bonus set.
To get a score of 100, a driver must destroy all of the main features on one set. There are usually three or four main features to be destroyed. Drivers get bonus points for destroying extra items like trees, cones and fire hydrants.
Destroying set features requires players to use one of three Hot Wheels Crash! launchers. The game includes a Hand Launcher, a Catapult Launcher, and a Power Launcher. Each launcher has its own strengths and weaknesses.
If players get bored with the more than 20 sets included with Hot Wheels Crash!, they can download additional sets at www.HotWheels.com.
Hot Wheels Crash! is for one player only. Hot Wheels Crash! saves player progress on each level, so if you score 100 on a really difficult set, you do not have to play it again, unless you want to play it again. ~ Anthony Baize, All Game Guide
