Off my hand I'll say Code9 a.k.a CORA. It's basically a gameshark for the ps2 but like 20 times more powerful and can pretty much let you cheat on almost anygame online. Most scrubs use it in shooters like SOCOM for E-Tags (see the opposing teams names over their heads so you know where they are at all times) and of course infinite health along with one shot kill.
In mmorpgs like Conquer Online I've seen speed hacks. In Knight Online they had this hack where you could gain access to the most secret and hard to get to shop in the game that had the best items at will. Pretty horrible when you see EVERYONE selling the best items in the game in the noobie areas. Talk about destroying the economy.”
