“Almost as good as San Andreas but just not quite. Still one of the top GTAs you could play before IV. Being a PSP port it still worked well on the PS2 and at least you could swim. A few good features like being able to display which balloons or side missions you did on the map helped a fair bit. The story was done well and even did well to show how it ties in with Tommy Vercetti who is yet to enter Vice City. The game play was good and the business running system was a nice touch as well. Worth the money, worth the time, what more could you want?”
