DESCRIPTION
Gazillionaire is a quasi-business simulation that takes place in the fictional galaxy of Gogg. Your character is an intergalactic trader dealing in many exotic products, resources and facilities who races from planet to planet (there are seven in the galaxy) in an attempt to stay ahead of the competition.
In a typical buy low, sell high environment that is driven by supply and demand economics, you'll compete against up to five computer or human opponents with the option of six levels of difficulty. Included are tutorial and novice levels that don't utilize all the gameplay functions found in the beginner, intermediate, expert or master levels.
Gazillionaire is treated with a heavy dose of humor, features stylish and comical spaceships for your character to use and is filled with imaginative and innovative products to trade. Not only do you trade commodities like oggle sand and moon ferns but you also buy facilities like radar towers and grain silos at the various planets and charge usage fees to other competitors. Current events that impact on the trade business are presented in weekly news reports that provide a degree of randomness.
The interface in Gazillionaire is either mouse (point-and-click) or keyboard driven and the game features a time suspension mode when on a planet's surface, thus allowing you to set your own pace. ~ Michael L. House, All Game Guide
