DESCRIPTION
The year is 2097, large corporations have joined together to invest in an independent Police force called the G-Police. Their aim is to keep the law intact against the general consensus, but to turn a blind eye to any shady corporate deals.
In G-Police developed and published by Psygnosis, you take control of Jeff Slater, a newly joined member of the force. But unlike the usual member of the G-Police, your mission isn't to clean up the trash on the streets. Instead you have suspicion to believe that your late sister was murdered because of her success in closing a number of big corporate cases, instead of believing the "suicide" tag written on her coroner report.
G-Police is a 3D action-shooter set through rich cities filled with detail, life like city dealings and corrupt corporations. Armed in your Havoc, you must embark in full 360-degree freedom through out thirty-six huge missions set in fifty unique real time 3D cities. Use specialized weapons each with their own unique lighting effect and dramatic impact on targets, as you hunt down the bad guys. Storyline is provided through Full Motion Video sequences telling the story of a man's struggle against the system, and his broader dealings, as he sets out to patrol street gangs, espionage, corruption and other forms of crime.
Psygnosis have also supported Direct 3D and AGP drivers to provide unparalleled 3D visuals far beyond that of the PlayStation version. Watch as missiles and laser fire light up city areas in high-resolution SVGA, not to mention becoming tranced out by the immersive 3D environments. ~ Brad Penniment, All Game Guide
