DESCRIPTION

G-LOC Air Battle has you flying a plane while engaging hostile invaders over land, sea and through the air. Sixteen missions (sorties) involve taking out a specific number of planes or ground defenses before time runs out. Once you complete your objectives, you'll even have to land the plane on an aircraft carrier! While the main perspective is looking out the cockpit, you'll also have to battle fighters using a third-person perspective from the back of the plane. Your fighter is equipped with standard M40-A1 Vulcan guns, Afterburners and Dragonfly missiles, which can be "purchased" using your score as credits. Other potential upgrades include: three different types of armor (light, medium and heavy), air-ground missiles, air-air missiles, and heavy bullets. Three different difficulty levels will change the number of targets to destroy before moving onto the next stage. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide
