DESCRIPTION

As a caveman in Frak!, you must find a number of keys scattered throughout each of the game's 96 reversible levels (a total of 192). Acquiring all keys in a given stage allows you access to the next. The lovable troglodyte isn't invincible and, in fact, is downright fragile. He can be killed by daggers, balloons and a number of furry game denizens or by falling to his death. The only weapon in hand is a trusty yo-yo used to smack the enemies.

During the quest, the caveman finds lanterns and diamonds, both of which provide a score bonus — accumulating enough points results in an extra life. Gameplay is a mixture of platform and puzzle-based action. You maneuver the caveman by jumping from platform to platform but must determine which is the shortest jump possible — otherwise, he falls ignominiously to his death. Each time he falls or is attacked by an enemy, he utters the word "Frak!" in disgust.
