DESCRIPTION

In Food Fight, you take control of Charley Chuck, an ice cream addict who must dodge the food thrown by four angry chefs. The object of the game is to eat the ice cream cone at the center of the screen before the chefs bombard you with food.

Each of the chefs is distinguishable by the type of hat he wears. Oscar wears a puffy mushroom-shaped hat. Angelo sports a two-humped hat. Jacques wears a white stovepipe hat, and Zorba wears a floppy beret. Each has differing characteristics, but Oscar is the only chef who typically avoids chasing Charley Chuck to guard the ice cream.

Piles of food are placed across each board. Both Charley Chuck and the chefs can throw the food. Our hero uses the food to knock the chefs to the edge of the board and the chefs lob food at him to keep him from getting the ice cream.

There are peas, pies, tomatoes, bananas, and watermelons scattered throughout the game. The piles of food disappear as they are thrown, except for the watermelon, which is inexhaustible.

To complete any level, Charley Chuck must simply eat the ice cream cone. When he gets close enough to it, his mouth opens wide and his head expands as he gobbles it up. There are 125 unique levels in Food Fight. After level 125, they are repeated in random order. ~ Anthony Baize, All Game Guide
