Fantasy Football Draft Kit '99 contains fantasy football coach and commissioner software for running fantasy leagues, player breakdowns and predictions from Fantasy Football Weekly, and the Sports Buff Network's software which includes a free online entry into the network's 1999 fantasy football competition. The NFL rosters are for the 1999 season but were not updated to opening day rosters. The software includes 1999 rookies.

The Fantasy Football Coach/Commissioner software from StatsWorld allows players and commissioners in a fantasy football league set rosters, hold drafts, set point values, and create reports. The software includes each player's NFL stats from 1995, 1996, 1997, and 1998. It also includes custom cheat sheets based on a league's scoring rules, and an online draft manager.

The player breakdowns and predictions from Fantasy Football Weekly (FFW) are designed to give point projections for each player based on a particular league's scoring system. The editors of FFW have recorded playable messages about nearly every player available for the 1999 NFL season. The software allows players to host mock drafts, and even puts each player in projected draft order. Players can update the software with free data from www.fanball.com.

The Sports Buff Network software allows players to draft a fantasy team with a $450 salary cap and submit it for the network's 1999 fantasy football competition at no cost for online entries, and $10 for mailed entries.
