More personal fitness software than a conventional game, EyeToy: Kinetic uses the PlayStation USB camera accessory to place users on their own television screens, for a variety of exercise routines. Designed to promote an intense workout, the software's "combat" mode has users jumping, stretching, and swinging to punch away at onscreen objects, while the Tai Chi Chuan-like "Mind & Body" exercises promote balance, breathing, and relaxation. Specialized "Cardio" and "Toning" routines are also features. The workout programs in EyeToy: Kinetic were co-developed with Nike Motionworks, the shoe manufacturer's professional sports research laboratory. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
