“@QforQ Braid and World of Goo were two of the games that I had already from the indie game pack before I got it, so I guess that says something.

Braid was pretty much awesome in every way. I actually bought the game twice. Once on XBLA, and then again on Steam, when I lost access to my brother's 360. It throughly explores the time-rewinding mechanic in many mind-bending ways, and the graphical and audio atmosphere is just superb.

World of Goo has a quirky sense of humor that really appeals to me, and it's fun to just experiment with different solutions and find newer and better ways to solve the puzzles.”

“How was/is Crayon Physics Deluxe? I really enjoy new ideas and creative gaming, and that definitely... looks interesting. The video on the website makes it look good and all, but I've certainly found game videos to not always be the most accurate. Sometimes you watch a video that makes the game look great, and it's actually horrible.”

“@TheTot - it's definitely a great idea, but I played it for a while and found myself getting bored quickly. I think the problem is that the options here are pretty tiny. You draw things that all behave the same, then they drop via a gravity engine and hit other things. The end.

Adding something as simple as the ability to specify materials while drawing (stone, elastic, water, etc) and save/load-your-creation functionality would improve replayability a huge amount.
