DESCRIPTION
Lumines developer Q Entertainment revisits the puzzle genre in Every Extend Extra, a game originally released to the computer market as freeware. For its enhanced PSP debut, Every Extend Extra includes a techno-infused soundtrack with pulsing, neon-like visuals atop a variety of psychedelic backgrounds. Players guide a moving target across seven time-sensitive stages filled with colored shapes flying in distinct patterns. The goal is to detonate the target as close to as many shapes as possible, creating multiple combos and chain reactions for bonus points. Since players begin with a limited number of lives, they must try to replenish their stock by reaching certain point milestones before time expires. Every Extend Extra also includes two-player support via wireless connection for head-to-head action. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide

“This is a great game if you're interested in bullet-style shooters. Extremely fast paced, reflex oriented action based around exploding your character to create chain reactions. As you pick up power ups, more enemies spawn and the face of the game...”
“This is a great game if you're interested in bullet-style shooters. Extremely fast paced, reflex oriented action based around exploding your character to create chain reactions. As you pick up power ups, more enemies spawn and the face of the game speeds up. There are also challenging bosses and two secret levels
The sound is also exceptional, including lots of very catchy IDM tracks. This is definitely worth a look
