DESCRIPTION
The NES version of Elevator Action is an excellent port of the 1983 arcade game. The pace is a bit slower and the music is slightly different, but the visuals and gameplay are nearly identical to the arcade version.
A clever blend of running, jumping, shooting, and ducking, Elevator Action puts players in the role of Agent 17 (code name Otto), a James Bond-style spy who must secure top secret documents from a 30-floor security building. Naturally, there are plenty of elevators to ride, but there are also a number of escalators. Pistol-toting enemies appear from behind doorways, but Agent 17 can kill them with a single bullet, jump kick, or by crushing them under an elevator. Shooting out ceiling lights can also dispatch bad guys. ~ All Game Guide
