Today, DarthNinja posted a semi-rant over at the official Dungeon Runners forum about his experience in World 7. You can find the link here:

"Just a calm, level headed, post about the player type that seems to be drawn to W7.
Now to live up to the above line
I was playing on W7 today and I couldn't help but notice how un-newb friendly it is, for example, today there was someone playing called "TownstonTroll", I bad name choice maybe but why not? I have a alt called PwnstonPwner.
What happened was he was linking items in /m [market channel] (not spamming mind you) and also dropping quest items near Audrey, now I know that can be a pain sometimes but I dont think it deserves the treatment he got.
Some of the other players (dare I say the real trolls) started calling him names, picking at his spelling/typos and just being generally nasty.
They also told him to get his stuff the ___ off Audrey. He then got angry and as most players would do put his stuff right on Audrey. The whole thing ended a few minutes later when he got tired of being tormented, picked up his items and quit.
The point I would like to mention is that when I told the players that they could simply hide other player's items by changing the "Click to pickup" setting in options, they went after me!
Now I think as a (somewhat) longtime player and lvl 100 I should be given a bit more respect then being called a "noob" when I point out a fact. True I haven't played for a few months (mostly because players like that) but still.
I just wanted to question that if a 1st time player goes to server 7 and gets the verbal beating this guy did, will they be likely to play again?
Maybe an admin could log on sometime and tell this W7 'click' to knock it off or something?
That or maybe W7 needs it's own list of player rules?
Anyway I just thought I'd post this semi-rant.
It seems like W7 is worse then I remembered."

This is precisely why I never play on World 7. Now, I'll grant you that the rules they "enforce" are actually good rules. Don't litter, no begging, no asking to be power leveled, etc. However, the way in which they try to push these unofficial rules on everyone who wishes to play on "their" server is outright ridiculous! In their effort to keep their own community nice and tidy, they have become that which they tried to keep at bay. They have become the obnoxious, loud-mouthed trolls that no one wants to deal with.
