DESCRIPTION
Hail to the king, baby! That loveable tough-guy Duke Nukem is back in Duke Nukem: Time to Kill. Unlike Duke Nukem 3D, you view Duke from a third-person perspective ala Tomb Raider.
Players assume the role of Duke Nukem as he travels back and forth between time in 28 levels, visiting Ancient Rome, the Dark Ages, the Wild West and other historical settings. Depending on the location, Duke will dress up as a cowboy or in a toga.
There are 20 new weapons in Duke Nukem: Time to Kill. In addition to standard pistols and shotguns, he'll come in contact with pipe bombs, trip wires, and other high-tech gadgetry. For those wanting multiplayer action, Duke Nukem: Time to Kill features a two-player deathmatch option. ~ Josh Babich, All Game Guide

“I remember playing this game and being frustrated by the controls and the aiming system. It's a third person shooter that controls like Tomb Raider, but without an auto aiming system. The game also uses a continue system similar to an arcade game (except you can't put more quarters in). Still, if you can look past these shortcoming there is an enjoyable Duke Nukem game underneath.”
