DESCRIPTION

Based on the LEGO Racers toy line targeted at children ages eight to 12, Drome Racers is a 3D racing title taking place across such diverse environments as jungles, canyons, deserts, cities, and ice. Assuming the role of Max Axel, players compete for a championship trophy using one of 18 off-road, road, and drag racing vehicles. Three modes of play include Arcade Mode, Time Trial, and the multi-event Career Mode.

Placing within the top three on each course earns players bonus parts to upgrade their car's performance in a number of different areas, including engine, aerodynamics, tires, and more. Various offensive and defensive power-ups are scattered along the courses to help players advance through the competition.
