DESCRIPTION
Dragon Ball Z is interactive version of fight sequences in the popular anime series. This game allows players to jump way into the air and perform a variety of moves while in the air. While fighting, players can consult the radar to pinpoint the location of the opponent. Every player has a fireball and also is capable of a super move that will often kill the opponent in a single blow.
The graphics in Dragon Ball Z are somewhat grainy and the detail to the characters and backgrounds leave a bit to be desired. The music is sparse, and the sound effects might be compared to an Atari 2600 game. Though, there is a lot of space to fight; the screen will even split when you get too far apart and you can attack from afar. Perhaps that most refreshing thing about this game is that it really isn't like all the others. The format is totally different than any game to date, but still falls soundly into the 2D fighter genre. ~ All Game Guide
