DESCRIPTION
A new generation of mystical melee takes flight in Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit. Following successive, successful rounds in the fan-favorite DBZ: Budokai fighting game series for the 128-bit generation, Burst Limit raises the graphical resolution and adds online rankings, while remaining true to the high-flying, super-powered battles made famous in the Dragon Ball Z manga and anime. A total of 21 characters are playable, in five wide-open battle stages.
Single-player battles are strung together on a storyline set during the popular Z Chronicles, beginning with the Saiyan Saga and ending with the Cell Saga. Cut scenes are rendered in-engine, with the same stages and character models used in battle, and optional mini-games allow players to unlock extras and explore the branching plot. Internet-connected players can post their progress to online leaderboards, and check their stats against others. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
