DESCRIPTION
Final Fantasy VII's brooding hero Vincent Valentine returns for more stylized shootouts in this adaptation of 2006's PlayStation 2 game. Like the console version, Dirge of Cerberus on mobile phones has Valentine exploring the environment from a third-person perspective. Enemy encounters let players switch the default camera to a first-person view, as the phone's directional pad is used to aim with the help of an automatic targeting system. Valentine can fire his signature Cerberus pistol, a machine gun, or a rifle while engaging his foes, and he can even unleash his beastly alter ego after reaching designated "charge points" within the world. The game automatically saves progress after each stage so players can resume the gunslinging action at a later time. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide
