DESCRIPTION
The popular Japanese anime Shin Megami Tensei comes to Game Boy Advance with the simultaneous release of DemiKids: Light Version and DemiKids: Dark Version. While both titles feature the same basic features, each has a different main character as well as a distinct assortment of creature types. In the tradition of monster hunting titles like Pokémon, players are challenged to ensnare a variety of demons during their travels. Sixth graders Akira, Lena, and Amy journey to the mysterious world of Valhalla to save their elementary school from becoming permanently trapped within a time loop.
Using a projectile weapon known as the Demolyzer, players can collect more than 350 demon types while in combat, whose powers can be combined using a fusion system. Players also have the option of avoiding battles using their diplomacy skills, possibly luring other demons to their cause through persuasion instead of force. Players begin the game with one of two demons, Rand and Gale, who agree to help the children save Valhalla and break the spell cast on their school. Previous games based on Shin Megami Tensei include Revelations Series: Persona, Persona 2, and Revelations: The Demon Slayer. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide

“Un po' più difficile della Light Version, devo dire... ma ugualmente "addictive"! Ottime musiche pure (ma va?). Tra questo e il light preferisco il Light, comunque.”
