DESCRIPTION
From the arcade-like title screen to the fireworks-like explosions, Defender for the Intellivision is a surprisingly accurate port of the 1980 coin-op classic. However, the system's controllers are ill suited for a fast-action space shooter such as this, making the game harder and more tiring on the hands than it should be. Defender for the Intellivision was produced in relatively small quantities, making it a tough cartridge to find. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide
