DESCRIPTION

An island with a cursed past is the setting of Dead Reefs. Players take the role of detective Amideo Finvinero and explore their surroundings to find clues and evidence that provide the answers to the mystery. Long ago, pirates lured ships near the island by setting signal fires. When the boats came close enough, the pirates would board the ship, kill the crew, and make off with any items of value. One night, the pirates commandeered a ship of monks, killing them all and stealing a magical artifact. A curse descended on the entire island, and people started to die off in mysterious ways.
