DESCRIPTION

You are a World War II commander in charge of six highly trained commandos. It's your job to send these brave men behind enemy lines to disrupt key installations, eliminate enemy soldiers and capture valuable information in order to prepare for an Allied invasion.

Your first man is the Green Beret, a battle-toughened, hard as nails American you'll use to hide dead bodies, climb walls and cloak himself in deadly ambush. As your main commando, he'll be utilized more than any of the others. Next is the Sniper, equipped with a long-range rifle but little ammo. Then there is the Marine who will row your boats, dive under water and engage the enemy with a silent, deadly harpoon gun.

Continuing the commando roll call, number four is the Sapper. He's your demolition expert and fence cutter who uses bear traps for fun. Next up is the Spy who can dress up as a Nazi commander and infiltrate enemy units. He also has a lethal bottle of poison that he's not averse to using. The sixth man, the Driver, provides transport with trucks and jeeps, has an automatic rifle, and performs collateral duty as the medic.

Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines is a real-time combat game that features more than 20 missions in North Africa and Europe. Missions cover air, land and water in your pursuit of over 40 enemy vehicles and troops. Historically accurate weapons and explosives from WWII are available as is multi-player support. ~ Michael L.
