DESCRIPTION

A mysterious and technologically advanced third party joins the fray in the third installment of EA Los Angeles' alternate history real-time strategy series. With the Allies closing in, the Soviets make one last-gasp effort to turn the tide of the war, and use an experimental time-travel device to kill Albert Einstein before he can create the technology that gives the Allies such an advantage. After a successful mission, the Soviets return to discover a weakened Allied army, but also an entirely new and extremely powerful foe in the Empire of the Rising Sun.

Each of the three factions in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 get distinct campaigns full of fast-paced action and quirky humor, and naval warfare is given new weight thanks to oceans full of resources and a large number of units with amphibious capabilities. Conquering the seas is particularly important given that the new Empire of the Rising Sun, in addition to its strengths in robotics and martial arts, happens to specialize in naval warfare. Gamers looking for teamwork can choose from nine unique AI commanders, or they can head online with friends to experience the entire storyline through an extended series of co-operative missions designed to emphasize strategy and coordinated attacks. ~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide

“Wow you really do drive to completion on all your games. I can't imagine how long that took with games like Killzone 2 . I find it very difficult to complete any game that has a significant multiplayer component to 100% as I usually like renting and trying new games. I should go back and a finish a few games that are very close to 100% though.”

“I have always been like that with games I always like to get 100% on the story if I enjoy it, I tend to enjoy multiplayer and strive to get as far as possible, partly the reason for me getting 100% on games is that I tend to have one game or two games and hold myself back from buying more, rather than some of my friends that buy multiple games and never get as far as finishing the story! I see that as being a waste of money. Renting games is good to see if you want to purchase it :¬D”

“Most the platinum’s you can do over time, its just this winter is a bit of a rush as some very good games coming out so my wallet will hurt yet I will be pleased…same as every year :¬D”

“I think you get $20,000 for having a save file and $80,000 for completing the game (Uncharted 1 on any difficulty). Those are in game dollars for the store to unlock either single or Multiplayer items. My play-through on Hard of Uncharted 2 got me about $600,000 in game dollars which I have only spent a small portion of.”
