DESCRIPTION
In the year 2047, humanity faces several dilemmas. Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars requires single-players to either fight as a member of the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) in an effort to contain the Tiberium, an alien substance infecting the Earth, or use the living matter to create a new breed of mutated people as a member of the Brotherhood of NOD. Gamers must select their side and then step into a variety of campaigns and battle zones where the object is to create a base and defend it while sending units to attack the enemy.
Between the battles of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars live-action cinematics unveil the story of each faction. Classic units make a return to the game or players can keep their opponents at bay with such futuristic technology such as stealth generators and lasers. There is no one way to win, and players are given rewards based on their style of gameplay.
Lending their talents to the theatrical cut-scenes are a variety of Hollywood actors including Michael Ironside, Josh Holloway, Tricia Helfer, Billy Dee Williams, and Grace Park. Rounding out the list of names are John Huck and Shanon Cook, two real-life journalists who assume the roles of two reporters broadcasting information about the battle. Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars also features a several online options including voice-over IP, clan support, and a spectator mode. ~ Gracie Leach, All Game Guide

“Command and conquer 3 tiberium wars takes place in the world of tiberium,a crystal that is poisonous to the unshielded man,yet a great resource for gdi,Nod, and the Scrin.
You play a battle hardend commander for the entire game, and the characters and ai voices adress you as such.
similar to halo wars, you build up bases, collect resources for income, and build and upgrade units, but UNLIKE halo wars, structers and base defences can be put anywhere in your build radius, wich expands as you build towards the edges of it.
the graphics arent the best out there at the moment, but they are good enough to make you stop for a second to really admire it.
the ai is......ok during the early levels of all 3 campaigns, but gets harder as you move forward.
the skirmish ai isnt to bad either, the easy ai sort of turtles his base with a lot of defences and barley attacks.
sorta fun to just mess around in but the real challange in offline play comes more to the brutal and sometimes hard ai.these ai's will destroy the unprepared and taunt the semi prepared.
the difrent build systems for all the ai in skirmish is nice too,so you can practice fighting rushers, turtles, and geurilla based players of diffrent skill levels, theres also balanced and steamroller ai types as well.
the live action cutscenes really caught me offguard on this game.
i wasnt expecting to see real cutscenes about the tiberium war effort, allthough they were sorta cheesy, they were excelenty designed and acted out.
all in all this is a great game for those who like the rts gerne, and to those who are looking to get INTO the gerne, this is a great and easy first game.
the online is a diffrent story unfortunaly.
there are verry few players online in xbox versions anymore because of all the newest c&c games, but theres enough that you wont get angry at the game for not finding a game.
this game deserves more then it has in terms of fanbase because of the huge stride forward it took in rts on the console.
this game gets a 10/10”
