DESCRIPTION
Chrono Trigger puts a spin on the traditional RPG battle system by joining more than one character's attacks to create a "combination" attack. As you travel through the game, you will earn more of these and eventally learn the ultimate in combinations: the triple attack.
This game follows a long and twisting tale because the element of time travel is used. If you screw up in the past, it will greatly affect the future.
Once you have beaten the game, a new game mode opens up: the "+" mode. In "+" mode, you retain all the weapons, levels, and items you had when you beat the game, but you get to use them at the beginning of the game instead. This allows you to get some of the game's 15 secret endings. The "+" mode is also loaded with many side-quests and hidden treasures. ~ Clark Phelan, All Game Guide

“My absolute favorite game of all time, I played it for the first time in 1995, and still to this day whenever I pick it up, I can't put it down. There are far too many memories to count, and I can safely say that I have never wept and cheered for joy faster than after beating the game and seeing "New game +" pop up on the menu screen.”

“One of my all-time favorites. I still get into discussions (and arguments) with people about this. Great music for it's time (and instrumentals make it great even now!), great story line and real life influence (anyone catch that Magus is a lot like the founder of Islam?), characters were fantastic, and... just an overall great game. My kids WILL play this as their first RPG as well.”
