DESCRIPTION

Celebrity Sports Showdown is a party game in which players can take on the role of ten real-life celebrities and participate in a dozen sports mini-games. Gamers can control virtual versions of Mia Hamm, Fergie, Paul Pierce, Keith Urban, Reggie Bush, Nelly Furtado, Sugar Ray Leonard, Leann Rimes, Kristi Yamaguchi, and Avril Lavigne, or unlock and play as a number of different "Wannabes." Solo Tourney mode lets players take on 15 other competitors in a ladder tournament comprising beach volleyball, inner tubing, jousting, slalom skiing, rock climbing, canoeing, horse jumping, badminton, archery, curling, dodgeball, and plane racing events, while Multiplayer Tourney lets up to four people compete in three different tournament modes. ~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide
