DESCRIPTION

Join Casper's mission to gain friendship and defeat loneliness in Interplay's adaptation of the 1995 feature film. The Whipstaff Manor, home to Casper and his three uncles, has recently changed owners. It now belongs to the greed-driven Carrigan Critterden, who wants the manor more for its legend of gold than a stately home. Casper's obnoxious uncles Stretch, Stinky and Fatso will stop at nothing to drive away Carrigan and her search for the treasure. Casper, however, is bored, lonely and wants new friends.

As Casper, you must explore the mansion to find gifts of friendship, assemble the Lazarus Machine and help thwart your uncles from scaring away the "Fleshies." On top of all that, you must also keep an eye out for the devious Carrigan, who will try to stop you from finding her treasure. In this single-player game, search the house for keys to open doors and solve puzzles to find food for energy, while unearthing gifts of friendship and avoiding traps.

Items can be found all over the manor, including several different types of keys, food and puzzle pieces. By finding all four pieces to a puzzle and inserting them into an empty picture frame, you can unleash a new morphing ability in Casper. Turn Casper into smoke, a ball, a saw, or a fan to gain access to new areas and keep the uncles at bay! Certain doors require different colored keys at times, and switches need to be activated to open other areas. Use objects such as a camera with a flash to ward off Stretch, Stinky or Fatso.
