Once again, you are on the case looking for Carmen Sandiego and her league of crooks, V.I.L.E. or the Villains International League of Evil. However, this game is geared for younger users, with only 14 cases to solve.
Clues are represented by small pictures, and players must find the country with all the clue pictures they have found. The villains are tracked by the Acme crew of photographers who try to snap their pictures. Unfortunately, they aren't very competent, and you only get part of the crook's picture from each photographer.
You must put together the parts of the photograph like a jigsaw puzzle, and when you finally catch all of her gang, you can go after Carmen Sandiego herself.
Along the way you are helped by Zack and Ivy, fellow ACME detectives, and Stretch, ACME's crime-tracking dog. ~ Lisa Karen Savignano, All Game Guide
