DESCRIPTION
The mission in Caesar the Cat involves catching and devouring mice while evading certain life-ending hazards. There are three kinds of edible critters: white, blue, and black mice. The white mice are worth 700 points, the blue mice are worth 500 points, and the black mice are worth 300 points.
The action takes place on a single screen filled with appliances, decorations, and food. Mice will appear in random places and switch locations in a rapid fashion. To succeed, you'll have to outsmart the computer and guide the cat to his food. When the feline catches his lunch, he must walk back to a goal area with the mouse in his mouth.
When this blue goal area is reached (it's located on the right-hand side of the screen), points for the mouse are added to the overall score, with bonus points awarded depending on how fast the cat reaches the goal. In order to reach this place, however, the feline must use caution when navigating his surroundings.
If the cat walks over an item or decoration, it will fall and take him out with it. In addition to these hazards, the cat must always battle the clock; a timer at the bottom of the screen gradually winds down. You'll need to catch as many mice as you can in the allotted time period to earn a high score. ~ Matthew House, All Game Guide
