DESCRIPTION

Based on the classic Bubble Bobble, Bubble Memories continues the fast-paced action popularized by the original. Once again, you control a bubble dragon who deals with wave upon wave of windup enemies. As with the original, the gameplay consists of catching enemies with the bubbles you burp up and then using either your horns or tail to pop the balloons, collecting the fruit that are left for points.

In this particular version, there are two modes. The story mode basically consists of a quest to find the Rainbow Tower, where there's a possibility that magic might be found to convert the bubble dragons back to human beings. There is also a practice mode which allows you to learn fundamentals of gameplay. Actual gameplay is accented by more detailed backgrounds as well as the ability to blow a mega bubble and capture multiple enemies for great point potential. ~ Paul Biondich, All Game Guide
