More bubble-bursting business awaits you in this sequel to Bubble Bobble on Game Boy. Guide a tiny dragon named Robby in a quest to rid each screen of enemies by encasing them in bubbles. Pop the bubbles once your rivals are trapped, and you'll receive power-ups or bonus points. The game is divided into four areas, each spanning 20 rounds. In addition to enemies, each stage features items to collect. Gather letters to spell out "extend" for an extra life, or locate five crystals to open up a bonus round. Popping certain bubbles can also unleash special powers, including water, thunder, fire, ion, star, and wind attacks.
