DESCRIPTION
Taito's 1986 coin-op game makes its Game Boy Advance debut in a cartridge that also features a separate enhanced version with updated graphics. As in the original, the object is to guide one of two dinosaurs (named Bub and Bob) up and down the screen in order to trap enemies by blowing bubbles toward them. Popping these bubbles makes the enemies disappear, and the action will continue onto a new level once all enemies are defeated. In addition to featuring all 100 levels found in the original arcade game, Bubble Bobble: Old and New lets players view the entire stage at once by pressing one of the shoulder buttons. The new version also keeps track of items collected while players advance through the levels, and two players can cooperate with each another using a single cartridge and the Game Link Cable. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide
