“Usually I wait until I complete a game to write a review but I have played through enough of this to make my decision. This game advertises itself as being action-adventure but it also has strategy and a drop of rpg in it. Although if you don't like rock you might not enjoy it as much but if you do like rock then make sure you don't miss this game because it will make you laugh and at the same time melt your face (probably with the face melter combination :)). Its humor is an important part of the story which doesn't get boring at all, as much as you play through it you get more interested to see what happens next and what will happen in the end. The side missions are a bit repetitive but not so much that you get bored and Hey, if you find them to easy play the game on Brutal. Enjoy.”

Love the story, voice acting, and overworld game play elements. Where the game falls apart is with the RTS-lite concert battles which really bring the game down. They aren't fun and take away from the rest of the game. I knocked off a star on an otherwise great game due to the horrendous RTS battles. Would've been in the running for game of the year otherwise.”
