With a name like Bible Buffet, you'd expect heavy Biblical content, but this oddity is actually a food-themed board game. Landing on most spaces prompts short action sequences set in places like pizza land and dessert land. The Bible-oriented trivia questions are an apparent afterthought, appearing infrequently and only on bonus squares. Other than these questions, nothing else about the game has any relation to Christianity. Stranger still, the questions aren't contained in the game, but included in the quiz book. Bible Buffet obviously appeals to a very narrow market, but those looking for a low-key Christian game for kids will appreciate its gameplay, fine graphics, crisp voice samples, and nice version of "When the Saints Go Marching In" during the title screen.
