“In comparison to Arkham Asylum, Arkham City is at least twice the size even if you're just zooming through the story. You should find youself wanting to complete and find all the side missions annd stories in the open environment though, even if you don't pursue the game to 100% completion there is still much to do that you'll want to do.”

“Well, it's not comic book cannon. I mean, if you read the Elseworlds graphic novels, Batman has been a pirate, green lantern, an errant Kal-El who landed in Gotham instead of Smallville, a vampire, a super-sleuth working alongside Sherlock Holmes, a robot, a 60ish gun toting punisher-lite, a medieval knight, and a union solider.

So the freedom to do what they think makes sense in a video game setting is there. Plus, hey, if you've ever read a comic book you know some good guys (and really evil villains) never stay dead for long. After all, how many times has Ra's al Ghul died and come back in some form or the other after having his carcass dipped in the Lazarus Pit?
