You're ex-Paradise City cop Jake Hard. While trying to track down master criminal Angel Devoid, you are in an accident. When you wake up in the hospital you find you now have the face of your greatest enemy, and are on the run not only from the rest of Paradise City's finest, but from Angel Devoid's former friends and associates as well.

You must unravel this tangled web while cruising Angel Devoid's old haunts in the sexiest and sinningest areas of Paradise City, keeping one step ahead of those who want to kill you while piecing together the whereabouts of the real Angel Devoid and trying to get your life back.
