Gamers can take the roles of evil aliens or stalwart humans to join their friends in multiplayer battles set during a near-future invasion of Earth in this Dreamcast release from the developers at WOW. One of the most significant ways that this violent, destructive, fast-action vehicle shooter distinguishes itself from many that have come before is online its connectivity. As the title itself suggests, Alien Front Online is designed to allow up to eight gamers to meet online for multiplayer mayhem. In addition to the enhanced gameplay provided by competition with other human opponents, the title is also designed to allow the use of the Dreamcast microphone for voice chat, providing a natural, real-time means for gamers to coordinate teamwork and taunt enemies. ~ T.J.
