I was in the Wild Lands one day. Was wanderin around just exploring the scenery.

I found my way to the top of this big ass mountain with a sheer cliffside on one end of it. I went to the edge and was just looking at the fantastic view of the world.

THEN BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! another player who was stealthed kicks me in the back sending me flying off the edge down a huge drop and splat!!! i went on the stone floor below.

It was hilarious. couldnt of timed it any better then that

The guards in the city had some fabulous looking armor, especially their helm.
I took a screenshot of their helm, and I'm glad I did because the developers have given the guards a make over.

I've looked over the patch notes for July 2 and can't find a mention of why they did it. :-(

It's kind of funny in a way. Most people are complaining about nerfs, bugs, no end game content. That stuff doesn't bother me. They make a costume change and don't give a reason why and now I'm all bent out of shape. *lol*

Oh, well. Guess I'm going to have to suck it up like everyone else. *grin*

He hid there, behind an old dark dank building. Waiting for what He thought was easy prey. Waiting with his minions to try to wreck havoc on one life. His idea was to stay out-of-site, to strike at the opportune time that would lead him to victory. He had raised His puny minions and waited, letting those that he was too scared of to walk by, trapping only the 'easy' prey.

One man can know another man by the way they conduct war. A coward in the shadows that waits for only the 'extremely easy' prey is no honorable man in mine eye. This is where the story began.

I had just arrived off of the boat and onto the dock that leads to Thunder River. I took a few steps forward, trying to gather some shade from the building in front of me. I needed to write a communication to my other Guild members to let them know where I was and what I was doing.
That was when I was attacked. Demons came screaming around the building corner, calling for my death in a raspy distorted voice. It was all I could do to cut-off my communication and defend myself.
I was surrounded.
There was an undead beast on everyone of mine sides. No escape route... except for the one that could be made by my Axe.
At that moment I saw Him come out of the shadows. His hands rose and fell in methodical gestures. "He is casting." I thought to myself, "It must be now or never! Crom shall not see me fall today!".
I gave my Clans war cry and jumped into action, moving with the grace of a Tiger on the offense pushing for the kill. I knocked back the front line of rotting undead and sprinted forward with my axe raised. Oh... He tried to run... He tried. But by the time he had stopped casting I was upon him. I tore into his mid-section with a blade of my Axe to keep him from moving anywhere fast. I ended His pathetic meaningless, son of a lame mut's, life with one fell strike to His neck. He gave one last gasp and gurgled as his head rolled from his shoulders. His monsters vanished immediately, unable to be held by their 'master' any longer.
I spit on his meaningless corpse and went my way. By Crom! That whore son shall never come into sight again. Crom be damned if such a weak and fool of a man shall claim victory over anyone's life .

If you have been absent for awhile, you might want to give AoC a second look. The Sept 17th patch added content for levels 50-60, revamped 40+ quests, had many Class balance updates which are outstanding, and the new PvP leveling system. Gone are the memory leaks and most technical issues that have caused some players grief.

This is how AoC should have launched. Had AoC been in this shape at launch, the game would have kept the 700k subs. Servers are booming again. This is what it's all about.

Just leveling up my PoM on Conan and having a fun time.

So I'm playing Age of Conan with my cousin and we just zone out of that big place with all the picts unsure what it's called, it's near tortage. Anyway I'm a female cimmerian and generally like to take my shirt off because of epic boobs and such, so I say to him "STREAK TIME WOOO!!" I take off my top and go running then I say "Dude this game has booby physics" he responds and says "No way" I'm like yeah dude look, so he catches up to me and he tells me to start running so he can see and he runs with me and we both cross this bridge with lava under it on the way to tortage. He was so caught up examining my booby physics that he fell into the lava and died. I was like "YOU GOT KILLED BY MY BOOBS DUDE" I could not stop laughing I almost had a heart attack lol.

Yeah there are bugs but I still like the game, I like the graphics and the game play. No MMO shipped bug free that I know. They have fixed bugs so they are at least trying.

Needs more content but they all do.
