DESCRIPTION

Adventure 4, Voodoo Castle is a horror flavored adventure that takes you to the castle of Count Cristo. The Count's enemies have placed a fiendish curse on him and it is up to you to lift the curse. During the course of the adventure you will encounter a mystical medium, try to crack a safe, and explore a torture chamber.

This game is from the Scott Adams Adventure series produced for personal computers between 1978 and 1984. Adams' inspiration was the original DEC Adventure program that allowed the player to use two word commands to explore an imaginary world and manipulate items.

This Scott Adams Adventure uses a split screen format. The top of the screen displays a description of the current room and its contents. The bottom portion of the screen scrolls as you enter new commands. A save game feature allows you to save your progress. ~ Joseph Scoleri III, All Game Guide
