Oblivion
It's not overlooked by any means, but people mistake this game for a lot of things. You can't say you've played the games until you've gone through the list of mods and played the more popular ones, like OOO (Obscuro's Oblivion Overhaul). That's what really makes the game.
Gauntlet Dark Legacy
I've never seen anyone talk about this game. It's such an awesome timekiller, running around like maniacs throwing axes at everything, and watching them explode? My kind of fun. One of the misunderstood games were Mirror's Edge, a highly anticipated parcour game which won several trophies even before it's official release. When they were playing while recording for the review, they realised that the story mode was ultimately short, about only 6 hours, while big hit games like The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess took 50-60 whole hours to finish the game. This "flaw" caused the reviewers to lose interest int the game, particularly because there were very few things to do apart from story mode - a small multiplayer option where you had to race with another player, not next to you, but in another instance and where you can't physically see your opponent, and certain checkpoints are your only indication that you are behind. Sure you can train with other peoples' "ghosts" to try and beat them, but the game is very limited. Otherwise the game is an amazing buy."
