To outline some of the guidelines and general ranks and requirements, i've made this post. To move up in rank, just show positiveness to the guild and what we plan to stand for, and you'll have no problem making rank here. As it stands, there is going to be 4 Officers. I don't know who I want to place in the officer slots, until we get rolling, and more discussion is generated on these boards. Here are the ranks!
GM: Head Honcho (Rank 0)
Officers: Parole Officer (Rank 1 - My right hand Man/Men. You'll be in charge of housekeeping. People have to have at least 1 week of inactivity before being generally booted, but this is all relative, just shoot us PM's or post on the board to avoid removal)
Case Worker (Rank 2 - You are the general recruiters of the guild. You field any recruitment questions, so know the requirements!)
Tradeskill Masters: Sho 'Nuff (Rank 3 - at least 3+ LGM tradeskills)
Leadership Team: (Rank 4-General leaders of RvR groups and/or PvE raids)
Paroled Felon: (Rank 5-General Member of the Guild)
Common Crook: (Rank 7-New member, 1 week probation, may not ask for major crafting orders.)
Rank(s) 9, 8, and 6 are not used.
Everyone who signs up for the guild pre-release starts out at Rank 5, unless you are assigned officer duties.
Review the guild charter for more information.

RE: Potential guild rank names and rank requirements
If you all can think up any other input, by all means, let it be known. What I want is a general outline, so there is no question as to who is who in the guild, and who to go to for certain things. Having a designated person for each and everything is good, since GM's of big guilds nowadays tend to overwhelm themselves with the task of running a guild, and get burnt out real easy. I've made that mistake before, and learned from it. So with that said, Anything you folks would like to add to the general guidelines, Guild Charter, or anything else like that? Let me know.
