Howdy, this is a build that use for PVE play. It offers moderate to heavy damage with quick recharge of spells and excellent energy management.

Equipment:
6x Radiant Insignias for energy
1x Best Vigor Rune you can afford
1x Minor Energy Storage
1x Major or Superior Fire Magic Run on headpiece
2x Runes of Attunement
1x Fire Staff or offhands - your choice (I use a Koosun's Fire Staff)

Usage: Maintain Air of Superiority and Fire Attunement. Cast Arcane Echo followed by Savannah Heat. Cast Meteor Shower directly after activating your Glyph of Sacrifice. Air of Superiority has a 20% chance on every foe's death to recharge all your skills.

Man, that was one of my favorite ele builds, that one and my one were the most damaging. SH I thought was more complex to use though, for energy consumption. But still nice damage.
