Guild members!

To become a member of the site, you will need to do the following :

Visit http://www.guildcafe.com/signup.php and create a Guildcafe account. We'd recommend that you create your account username to match your main guilded character's name.

Please make sure you enter the correct timezone when creating your guildcafe account - this will help you to avoid confusion when registering for guild events, as the time you see, will be the local time where you live (ie: NOT game time).
If you do need to update/change this after sign-up, visit your guildcafe profile page, and click the 'Account Settings' link at the top of the page, to the right of your avatar.

Once you are registered and logged in on Guildcafe, visit http://thesaints.guildcafe.com/join and sign up.

NOTE: DURING THE SIGN UP PROCESS FOR 'SAINTS' MEMBERSHIP YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR A PASSWORD TO JOIN. PLEASE CONTACT AN OFFICER IN-GAME FOR THIS PASSWORD!

When you're registered to this site, post a reply on this thread giving your main guilded characters name and an Executive Officer will promote your account to full member status so that you can view/post to the members threads and register to attend planned events on the calendar (Your post will be deleted from this thread once your account has been promoted to 'Member' status).

Finally, you'll need to add your guilded character(s) to the roster.

To do this, click on the 'Roster' link on the left hand side of the page. Click the 'Add Game' button to add WoW to your guildcafe profile.

With the game added, you can then add your character(s) (beginning with your main, and then any guilded alts), making sure that you specify the EU Nagrand server that is our home. (If you are back on the Saints page, click 'Roster', then 'Add Game' to return to your account profile, and click the '+ Add a Profile' button).
Your character data will then be read from the wow-eu armory and will automatically display your characters level and class, as it appears there.
